The seller guide

Your radio.
Your price.
No Scott Radio commission.

Give a complete CB radio its next home. Start with a clear, honest listing—we’ll help with the rest of the review process.

Seller submissions are open for review. Listings stay unpublished until reviewed and activated. We’ll explain payment and payout arrangements before buying opens.

01 / WHAT BELONGS HERE

Complete CB radios only.

Base stations, mobiles, and handheld CB radios are welcome. Working, untested, or repair-needed radios must be accurately described. A complete radio can need repair; a stripped chassis or parts lot is not a complete radio.

No individual parts or accessories-only listings. For those, visit the Scott Radio parts store.

02 / BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

Show buyers what they’re getting.

  • Title: brand, model, and whether it’s a base station, mobile, or handheld.
  • Clear photos of the front, back, sides, model label, and everything included.
  • An honest condition description: what you tested, known problems, damage, repairs, and modifications you know about.
  • What comes with it: microphone, power cord, mounting bracket, box, or other included items.
  • Your asking price. Add dimensions and weight where known.
  • A suitable CB radio category and the correct brand.

03 / CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

Your listing starts with you.

Register with your first name, last name, and email address. The current system calls this the “Consignor Portal”—that is the seller account used for the exchange.

Your email is captured for account access and communications about your listing. Promotional email signup will be a separate, optional choice; it is not built into the current registration form.

04 / REVIEW BEFORE PUBLICATION

Submit it. Then let us take a look.

Use the listing submission option in your account and include the required details. Scott Radio reviews submissions before they become public. Please keep the radio available and tell us if it sells elsewhere.

You can see your own item information, listing price, and relevant sale and shipping details in your account. Submitting a radio does not automatically publish it.

05 / THE MONEY QUESTION

Zero commission. Clear arrangements.

Scott Radio charges no listing fee and takes no commission. Payment processing and payout arrangements are still being finalized. Any third-party payment fees and the handling of shipping, refunds, or disputes need to be stated before community purchases open.

No instant or automatic payout promise is being made at this stage.
